Not only do they have a beautiful waiting area, kind staff, and speedy appointments, but I’ve been here for years after moving from great expressions and I cannot begin to express the difference in quality of care. From speedy visits, easy check in, and even a text line you can talk to them through to ask questions, they really make going to the dentist so much less of a hassle. I wouldn’t change offices if another office PAID ME to. Going in for another appointment today, and am sure the experience will be as smooth as it always is with them, consistently, every single time. P. s. Dr. Bernier can and has filled some bad cavities I’ve had before, and a job that would have hurt even with anesthetics at great expressions has been done here, with abseoutly zero discomfort or pain. Not just once, but several times . I’m genuinely impressed by this office and firm. Rarely do I wish I could leave a 6th star.

I am so thankful to have found Dr.Giffin and the excellent staff. I have had some experiences that has caused me to not want anyone to do work on my teeth. Then I found Dr. Griffin she is amazing. She and her staff made me feel comfortable as well as cared for. I would recommend her if you are looking for a dentist definitely go to her.

Respectfully, extremely disappointed. After hours of research for a specific treatment, I came across this office who offered it. I called to ask many questions on to exactly why I was looking for the treatment to make sure they did indeed have the equipment to perform in on me. They agreed they did and continued to set up my appointment. I came in for my appointment, the dentist came in and immediately told me they do NOT have the tool needed in order to perform the treatment I called and asked about. I was then charged $106.00 for the "evaluation". The dentist, did not look at my mouth, previous rays, or anything just simply told me they did not carry that tool that they needed and that she was sorry. Ive never had an experience like this before, and never leave reviews but feel its necessary. I called to exactly describe what I was looking to get and why, they said it could be done only for the dentist to say they cant do it, and then be charged $106.00 for that..

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Hygenist Jen is very knowledgeable and informative. Dr. Griffin is great, as are her assistants. Very pleased with the whole practice.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist. But Dr. Bernier's office is fantastic. They are kind and listen to you and make sure you are comfortable. Anytime I have a question they are very responsive and tell me what to expect when I get work done. They are also not like hey you have to get everything done all at once. They tell you what they think you should get done first and what can wait a little bit because they know not everyone has a ton on money. So glad I found this dentist, would give them a 100 starts if I could.
