Been a patient here for years and now I will never go back. I needed a very expensive procedure. I was about to get new insurance. I gave them the insurance information and asked several times if they received confirmation that it would be covered under the new plan, which I purchased the buy up plan specifically for this. They told me they received approval from insurance and it would be covered. After the procedure, the insurance company denied the whole thing. I appealed and it was denied again. I asked the office and was told "they even had the xrays" When I questioned the insurance company I found out the truth. The office never submitted it and didn't get approval. They lied to me! And now, they wanted over $2000 for the procedure. They refused to work with me and said it would be illegal to write any of that off (not true), even though it was there mistake. They didn't care that i was left with a huge bill - they just wanted me in to do the procedure regardless. Had they sent it and it was denied I would have waited. Not only did they lie to me then they tried telling me it was my responsibility to contact insurance and get information on what would be denied. I explained there was no reason for me to do that because I was told, more than once, that they already did that. I trusted them - that was apparently my mistake. And now, I'm stuck paying insurance on a plan that is of no use to me as well.

Was very pleased with the service received from Bernier dental supporting the permanent bridge treatment. The dental tech and doctor kept me appraised on every step checked frequently if there was any pain associated with the procedure.
