I've always had a fear of having dental work performed. After my initial visit with Dr. Bernier, I dont hesitate making appointments now and no more paying extra to be sedated. Staff is always friendly.

Long term patient, who eventually felt abused by high pressure Up-selling of uneeded services. Last visit (March 2021) a deep cleaning and antibiotics doctor mandated I have before she would even allow cleaning was $640....that was after insurance covering 4 cleanings a year. The practice was enjoyable years ago, but has transformed into a tangled web of squeezing every last penny from patient with mandatory periomed sales, pre-rinses and individual teeth antibiotics ($60 per tooth). I expect high pressure sales when buying a new or used car, but at a Dentist office?.....just totally unacceptable. 20 years ago, all these extra services (periodmed, rinses, individual tooth antibiotics) weren't even invented. Yet, now, this office states they cannot perform any cleaning unless you submit yourself to being robbed of $640 in extra, unessesary expenses. Perfect world, sure...hit me up for all your add on, because money is no object to me. Real World?....go find a honest practice that doesn't take a insurance paid for cleaning to astronomical heights of $640. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND FIND A HONEST PRACTICE. Good luck!....sorry world we live in where we have even Dentist being predators.
