My veteran spouse went to see Dr. Bernier last week (first time). Absolutely loved him and his staff was very accommodating. Really appreciate his bedside manner putting my spouse at ease. 5 STARS!

After driving from out of state for 24 hours in severe pain with a broken tooth for an emergency appointment with Dr. Griffin, she did not even come out to check whether I had an infection, bleeding, or was in pain—not even a quick exam. Neither Dr. Griffin nor her assistant bothered to look at my broken tooth. So much for the principle of “do no harm.” Instead, her assistant took my blood pressure and informed me that Dr. Griffin would not see me for my emergency visit due to my elevated blood pressure, which was likely caused by pain, infection, stress, and lack of sleep. I am (or was) an established patient with this office, and ever since Dr. Griffin took over from Dr. Bernier, the quality of service has declined significantly.

Jen does an awesome work in teeth cleaning! She not only is a perfectionist and super focused on doing an excellent cleaning but she also educates me! I have learned so much from her and absolutely enjoy seeing her! You won’t be disappointed!

What a great office and staff. Dr Griffin is so nice and is really good at what she does. My hygienist Melissa is super. The office staff is great too. I’ve been to Dr. Bernier for extractions and he was also good. Can’t say enough good things about this office.

I had a great cleaning experience with Suzie. She was so thorough and professional. HOWEVER, when I met the dentist it changed. She was in a hurry and since I don't have insurance I wasn't a big priority. My hygienist offered practical and natural solutions to my dental issues and was immediately and rudely shut down. I don't have thousands $$ for dental treatment. A little compassion would go a long way. The only reason I gave this office a 3 was because of Suzy 's fine work and sweet attitude.
