Normally I don’t leave reviews but I wanted to take time out to do one that is well deserved. Dr Alexandra Griffin she did the best crown procedure and I’ve had a few in my lifetime that were not good that I would have continuing issues sometimes due to bad dentistry work and Dr Alexandra Griffin did an outstanding job the first time. She really knows her stuff. She put my crown on and did an amazing job. Never had one issue with it. She was amazing and I enjoyed the service and the visit. So, if anyone needs a crown I highly recommend her. She does it right the first time! And she’s extremely nice and knowledgeable.Thank you Bernier Dental!

This was my first dental appointment in a long, LONG time...so you can imagine I was a little nervous. They welcomed me and I didn't have to wait long, but I understand if I had to, it can be busy and it also depends on a patient's needs. Anyway, I got pics and x-rays done by the assistant, who was very sweet and made small talk with me, which I found to be comforting. Fast forward to my consultation with the dentist I found out I have to have a root canal done and she showed me the damage on my tooth. I honestly teared up because my poor tooth lol...but they comforted me and assured me all will be okay and went in detail about the procedure, even showing me through a prop. I left feeling confident and secure in spite of what needs to be done. They are a wonderful sweet staff and I highly recommend this place!! ♥️

Today was my first appointment and I was extremely pleased. There was little to no waiting for my appointment to be on time and the treatment plan was both practical and prioritized with all out of pocket costs clearly provided for use with our household HSA. I did not think that I’d be able to do this much restoration in 1 year. It IS. I’m very pleased to have found this office after not having consistent dental care for 6 years. This practice is a breath of fresh air for patients and families.

I’ve been so disappointed with the level of customer service over the last year and I’ve been coming to this practice a long time. Making patients wait an extensive amount of time before being taken back and not communicating when there are changes is making me find a new dentist. This was the third time and I walked out after being taken back 25 min after my appt time. This never happened when Dr Bernier was my dentist.
