For various years I have been going to Bernier Dental and have had no issues; Doctor Bernier is really sweet and caring. But I think some of the dental staff don't know much of what they are doing. Last time I had a cleaning, the hygienist asked me to hold the water rinsing tool and do it myself and she poked me everywhere! Then since mid January I have been trying to have a crown replaced and the temporary had to be replaced twice; then today the permanent crown was done wrong by the lab and got another temporary that just fell off again and is the weekend! So frustrating!

As someone with a high level of anxiety about the dentist I can say this is one of the best places I’ve been for any dental procedure. The staff is incredibly caring and professional. Dr. Rose’s expertise makes what would otherwise be a horrible experience manageable for me. I don’t hate it here. 🙂
